New Employee Assistance Programme provider
Published: 20 September 2022
Our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider is changing from PAM Assist to Health Assured
From October 1, our Employee Assistance Programme EAP provider will change from PAM Assist to Health Assured.
You can continue to utilise PAM Assist up until midnight on September 30.
Transitional arrangements are being put in place for anyone who is currently receiving support or counselling from PAM Assist over this period.
As Health Assured offer a complete support package of wellbeing solutions, they will also replace our online service Togetherall.
What is an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)?
An EAP is a confidential employee benefit designed to help you deal with personal and professional problems that could be affecting your home or work life, health, and general wellbeing.
Our EAP service provides a complete support network that offers expert advice and compassionate guidance 24/7, covering a wide range of issues. We strongly believe in providing an EAP service that offers not only reactive support when someone needs it but also proactive and preventative support to deliver the best possible outcomes.
