LSIU wins 'Team of the Year' at the Association for Learning Technology (ALT) 2022 Awards
The Learning Innovation Support Unit (LISU) in Information Services, have won the Association for Learning Technology (ALT) coveted Team of the Year award 2022,
The ALT Awards celebrate and reward excellent research and practice and outstanding achievement in Learning Technology. Established in 2007, the Awards have set a benchmark for outstanding achievement in Learning Technology on a national scale and attract competitive entries from the UK and internationally. All entries are reviewed by an independent judging panel chaired by the President of ALT.
The award recognises the important upskilling work the unit delivers to the institution, the focus on the interplay between learning technology and pedagogy, along with our ability to share best practice to the sector. These qualities form part ALTs core values.

John Kerr, LISU manager, said, "It is a fantastic achievement by the whole unit to win this award. The LISU is still a relatively new unit at Glasgow and I am so proud that the work we are leading and supporting culminated in this award."
