The Crucible is a leadership and development programme designed to support early-career researchers
The Glasgow Crucible is the university’s annual leadership development programme designed to support Early Career Researchers in taking the next step in their career. This is an opportunity to build confidence for funding applications and publications, get insights into the knowledge exchange agenda, and develop meaningful collaborations within and outside the Institution.
The Glasgow Crucible programme is aimed at senior postdoctoral researchers, Research Fellows and new (R&T) Lecturers from any academic area. All four colleges are involved in the development and delivery of the programme. The programme is intended for staff who have research as a substantive component of their role and you must have submitted at least one external funding application, which may or may not have been successful.
Full details of the event and how to apply can be found at https://www.gla.ac.uk/myglasgow/research/development/crucibleprogramme/
The closing date for applications is noon on Friday 25 June 2021.
