The University of Glasgow ranked in the world top 100 universities in 20 out of 51 subject areas in the QS World Faculty and Subject Rankings for 2021.

Veterinary Science ranked 10th in the world, an improvement of seven places on last year, while English Language & Literature, Education and Medicine also ranked within the world top 50.

The following table shows all subjects ranked within the world QS top 100. Where there is insufficient data to give a definitive position, subject areas are banded between 51-100.
