OD launches 2020-21 Learning & Development opportunities for staff

The launch is part of Organisational Development's ongoing performance and development provision
As part of ongoing performance and development conversations, we anticipate that all colleagues have been discussing their career development plans and needs with their line manager. Our new 2020-21 learning and development provision can support your development by facilitating access to a variety of professional development opportunities.
We have a range of courses and workshops on offer from focusing on developing yourself to communication and managing people and other topical themes. We continue to review and update our offering and so new workshops and additional dates will be added throughout the year, so we encourage you to check our web pages regularly for new opportunities.
Due to the current situation, all courses scheduled to run prior to 31st December 2020 will be delivered virtually. Dependent upon guidelines, a decision will be taken at a later date as to whether courses scheduled to run in the New Year will be delivered virtually or on a face to face basis.
