Following up on his recent Sound Tracks podcast for the University of Glasgow. we are delighted to host Jordan Daly, alumnus, co-founder of Time for Inclusive Education (TIE).
The event will be hosted by Professor Roibeard Ó Maolalaigh, LGBT+ Equality Champion, Vice Principal and Head of the College of Arts along with Professor Louise Welsh, who is best known outside the University as an award-winning author of psychological thrillers.
LGBT Role Model of the Year at the 2017 Icon Awards and 2018's Young Scot of the Year, Jordan is the co-founder of the campaign group and charity Time for Inclusive Education (TIE). TIE has one aim: to tackle homophobia, biphobia and transphobia with LGBT-inclusive education in schools. Jordan's experiences growing up as a young gay man, and his feeling of isolation at his most desperate helped to shape the work that TIE does in schools.
