The results of the 2018 staff survey are now being rolled out at a local level – watch out for more details on what this means for you and your area.

The survey, which was the third to take place over the past six years, had a take-up of almost 70% of members of staff. One of the key priorities is to provide greater opportunities for staff engagement and to give everyone a voice in what happens locally and how the University moves forward.

If you are interested in finding out more, informal drop-in sessions have been arranged on the following dates:

  • Monday 21st January 2019, from 15:30 to 16:30 in Room 602, Tay House
  • Wednesday 23rd January 2019, from 15:00 to 16:30 in Room 112AB, Western Infirmary Lecture Theatre (WILT) (See room finder)

These sessions will be the first in a series of events planned throughout the year and will provide a chance to:

  • meet colleagues who are working to enhance employee engagement across the University
  • receive updates on developments so far
  • discuss and influence wider plans for the year ahead (and beyond)

The events will be on a "drop-in" basis so please feel free to just pop along: it would be helpful for planning purposes, however, if you could note your interest via haveyoursay@glasgow.ac.uk
