Tell us how you travel to work
The Travel Survey 2019 is now open and can be accessed on https://glasgow.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/2019-staff-and-student-travel-survey-2.
Dr David Duncan, Chief Operating Officer and Secretary of Court, said: "We encourage all staff and students to take part, as information on travel habits for commuting and business travel is central for University planning and the further campus development. The results of the Travel Survey will allow us to determine the progress achieved in meeting the targets in the University's Strategic Travel and Transport Plan. Issues highlighted in the survey will inform future measures to support staff and students to travel to and from the campus and to help with choosing a more sustainable travel mode."
The results of the travel survey will be published in May. Further information on measures and initiatives mentioned in the survey can be found on the University's Travel Planning webpages - https://www.gla.ac.uk/myglasgow/sustainability/travel/.
The survey will also be sent out via email and is expected to run until the Friday, 3 May, but you can continue to feedback on travel issues after that on travelplanning@glasgow.ac.uk.
Participating staff and students can enter in a prize draw to win:
- one of 2 x £150 shopping vouchers,
- one of 10 x £50 shopping vouchers or
- one of 10 x £25 National Book Tokens.
