Main Gate closure has been postponed

One-way system will be in operation from early April
The main gate closure originally planned to take place on Monday, 18 March, has now been postponed until early April to allow our contractor to carry out preparation work.
You will receive an update once the closure date has been confirmed.
The University is undertaking this work to allow for the construction of a wider, safer pedestrian crossing on University Avenue, outside the Main Gate.
The construction work will last around six months, and over this period a temporary one way system will be in operation around the Main Building. Please see the one way system map for details.
The temporary arrangements will mean vehicle access to the Gilmorehill campus will be via the Dumbarton Road gate (two-way) and Pearce Lodge gate (entrance only).
