The Campus Card has completed its programme of installation work across Gilmorehill and Garscube campuses, upgrading the existing system in 20 buildings with the University’s new access control system.
Your new Campus Card will now give you access to the University Library, sport facilities and pull printing system. Unless you have been told to keep your old card by your building’s security team, you may now dispose of your old ID card. (Please dispose of it securely by cutting it up, like you would a credit card.)
All staff and continuing students should have now received their Campus Cards. If you have not received your Campus Card – including any graduating students that wish to continue using the library and sports facilities over the summer – please see below:
Students
Some schools received student cards to issue directly to continuing students. If you have been studying Law, Mathematics & Statistics, Computing, Business, Nursing, Medicine, Dentistry, Veterinary Science or at Dumfries Campus – please first check for your replacement card first with your school.
All other students who have not received a campus card should visit the Campus Card Support Desk at Accommodation Services (Fraser Building, Level 1). The support desk will be open weekdays, 10am-2pm. If you are unable to be on campus during these times or require your card to be post to you (UK only), please fill out our student card request form.
Staff
If you have not yet received your Campus Card, please visit the University Library reception desk for a replacement or a new issue. This service is available weekdays, 09:30am-4:30pm.
If you have any other queries about your Campus Card, please contact the team by email at it-campuscard-team@glasgow.ac.uk.
