The University's award-winning Counselling & Psychological Services are offering short, bite-sized talks this month on managing perfectionism, stress and low mood.
The University's award-winning Counselling & Psychological Services (CaPS) are offering short, bite-sized talks this month on managing perfectionism, stress and low mood.
Whether you just joined the University or are continuing your Glasgow journey, you are welcome to drop in. You don’t need to be registered with CaPS to attend.
Spaces at each talk will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
All talks will take place in Rooms 402/403, Level 4, Fraser Building.
