Dumbarton Road Gate is currently closed to vehicles until approximately Friday 15 July. A temporary pedestrian access is now open weekdays from 6am to 6pm
Dumbarton Road Gate is currently closed to vehicles until approximately Friday 15 July. A temporary pedestrian access is now open weekdays from 6am to 6pm.
The temporary access is just a few metres before the Dumbarton Road Gate on Dumbarton Way and on the left-hand side. This gives access to Kelvingrove Park and Dumbarton Road. The plan is to allow access through the temporary gate during usual business hours. The temporary gate will be open each weekday from 6am until 6pm; it will be closed at weekends.
The temporary gate will be operating for the duration of the works. This is part of the preparatory work for the Western Infirmary site. Apologies for the inconvenience.
The steps from Kelvingrove Park to the South Front will be open as usual, from 8am to 6pm. All the other Gilmorehill campus gates will be open as usual. If you have any questions - please contact: communications@glasgow.ac.uk
