Tickets for TEDx Glasgow are now on sale.

The event which explores the theme ‘A Disruptive World’ will be held at the Theatre Royal on Friday 3 June 2016. 

There will be inspirational speakers, entrepreneurial individuals and  demo labs, as well as food and drinks throughout the day and an evening reception with canapés.

A Disruptive World

The University of Glasgow is well represented in the list of speakers at this year’s conference, including:

  • Dr. Ravinder Dahiya, a Reader in Electronic and Nanoscale Engineering at the University. His multidisciplinary research interests include Flexible and Printable Electronics, Electronic Skin, and System Integration.
  • UofG Phd student Brianna Elyse Robertson-Kirkland who is researching the 18th century castrato singer Venanzio Rauzzini 
  • Retired University of Glasgow lecturer Anne Ellis who is currently a writer for publications such as the Herald and Homes and Interiors and is a broadcaster for BBC Radio Scotland.
  • National Clinical Director at the Scottish Government Jason Leitch who is a University of Glasgow graduate.
