Inspiring award for UofG

The University of Glasgow and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde scooped a special Judges' Award at last week's Herald newspaper’s Inspiring People ceremony.
The University of Glasgow and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde scooped a special Judges' Award at the Herald’s Inspiring People ceremony held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Thursday 10 September.
Presented by the Glasgow Chambers of Commerce the award was made in recognition of their contribution to the wellbeing of Scotland’s largest city over the past 12 months and their commitment to the learning and development of the people of Glasgow.
It was accepted by Professor Anna Dominiczak, Vice Principal and Head of the College of MVLS and Robert Calderwood the Chief Executive of Greater Glasgow and Clyde NHS Board.
