The Summer Graduation Ceremonies will shortly be taking place writes Amber Higgins, Senior Academic Policy Manager (Ceremonies).

Staff are warmly invited to attend the services  beforehand in the University Chapel.  For those wishing to take part in the academic processions for the chapel service, please go to the Forehall corridor 10 mins prior to the start of the service. Service times are noted below :-

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     A A Graduation Mass of Thanksgiving for Roman Catholic graduands and their guests will be held at 9:15am (for 11.00am ceremonies), 10.15am (for 12 noon ceremonies) and 2.15pm (for 4.00pm ceremonies) at Turnbull Hall, 15 Southpark Terrace.

If you would like to take part in the academic procession for the Graduation ceremony, then please go to the Hunterian Museum 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Please note the start times below :-

Please note  - we will be continuing with the online staff gown ordering system run by Ede and Ravenscroft. An email will be sent out to staff which will detail how you check your personal and gown details. It will then also explain how you order a gown for the graduation ceremony. Please ensure that you check your personal details as this has just been imported in a generic format, so apologies for any mistakes that might have occurred.

Gowns can be hired for staff wishing to take part free of charge and the order must be placed by 12 June 2015 . If you do not receive an automated email  from Ede and Ravenscroft  later today please email:

staffgowns@glasgow.ac.uk  and we will create an account for you with Ede and Ravenscroft.
