The University Staff Golf Club is recruiting new members for the 2015-2016 season.
The University Staff Golf Club is recruiting new members for the 2015-2016 season.
Membership is priced at £25 and for that small fee you have the opportunity to attend subsidised outings to some very enjoyable and challenging courses.
This year’s outings are to Dundonald, Paisley Bushes, Kingsbarns, Creiff , Cardross plus an outing to Strathaven along with Edinburgh Staff Golf Club.
You also have the opportunity to compete in club competitions for Club Champion; Ladies Singles or Gents Singles and Mixed Fourball and to join Ross Priory with access to its lovely 9 hole course beside Loch Lomond.
You do not need to be a serious golfer or even be a member of a golf club to take part and all staff will be made most welcome.

Funding generously provided by the Ferguson Bequest: Professor Thomas Ferguson (1900-1977), Henry Mechan Chair of Public Health (1944-64), bequeathed his estate to the University, with the instruction that the money should be used to foster the social side of University life.
