International conference to be held at UofG

The 11th Conference on PhD Research in Microelectronics and Electronics (IEEE PRIME 2015) will be held at the University of Glasgow.
The 11th Conference on PhD Research in Microelectronics and Electronics (IEEE PRIME 2015) will be held from 29 of June to 2 of July 2015 at the University of Glasgow.
IEEE PRIME is currently accepting papers and the deadline for submissions is 20 March. All accepted papers will be published on IEEE Xplore.
What is PRIME?
PRIME is a unique conference for Early Career Researchers (Maters, PhDs and Post-Docs) working in the area of Electronics and related fields of Engineering.
The conference gives Early Career Researchers (ECRs) an exciting opportunity to present their research, network with companies and explore career opportunities. It is mandatory that ECRs present their research and not the supervisors
The companies participating in this conference are typically from electronics area e.g. Cadence etc.
2015 conference
There will also be workshops on topics such as electronics and sensors in emerging areas like mobile health and smart cities, as well workshop dedicated to the soft skills, research impact and public engagement.
The conference is sponsored by IEEE – Circuits and Systems Society.
