The Scottish Universities Environmental Research Centre (SUERC) are looking for volunteers to take part in a study to investigate if a new food ingredient they have developed can help manage your weight.
The food ingredient called inulin propionate ester (IPE) helps control appetite and in initial tests has helped people to eat less and slow weight gain.
They are now looking to optimise the ingredient.
You may be eligible to participate if you are:

- Overweight (BMI 25-35 kg/m2)
- A non-smoker
