Image of Pat Monaghan being awarded ASAB medalProfessor Pat Monaghan, Regius Professor of Zoology in the Institute of Biodiversity, Animal Health & Comparative Medicine, has just been awarded the Medal of the Association for the Study of Animal Behaviour.

The ASAB Medal is awarded annually for contributions to the science of animal behaviour - through teaching, writing, broadcasting, research, or for work on behalf of the association. There is no limit on age or career stage. The medal is awarded at either the Summer or Winter meeting.

The award was made at a special ceremony at the Annual Winter Conference of the Association in London.
