The Hunterian Art Gallery will be closed to the public on Tuesday 1 September 2015.

Vibration caused by building work in the surrounding area is affecting some of the works of art on display. A number of works will be removed from the walls to allow this work to be done safely.

The Hunterian Art Gallery will re-open at 11.00am on Wednesday 2 September 2015. The Hunterian Museum will remain open as usual.

We apologise for any disappointment this may cause.
