You can complete two online training modules on Introduction to PDR and on Setting SMART Objectives. You can choose whether to complete these as a reviewer or a reviewee.
There are resources for reviewers on how to have a development conversation and how to have a constructive conversation
The HR website has additional information, such as the PDR Reference Guide, Handy Hints Forms and a Guide to Writing SMART Objectives.
