Atrocious weather didn't deter a host of prospective undergraduate students from attending the University of Glasgow Applicants' Visit Day.
The day gave offer holders the chance to explore the University and find out more about courses and student life. The event included a wide selection of information stands, talks and tours as well as evening events for parents and students.
A parents' reception was hosted in the Hunterian gallery and a student party took place at the Queen Margaret Union.
Jonathan Jones, Deputy Director: UK Recruitment & Widening Participation, said: "Almost 4,000 visitors, including more than 2,300 offer holders from across Scotland, the rest of the UK, EU and even further afield, registered to attend our annual Applicants' Visit Day on Tuesday, 31 March.
"Despite the four seasons in one day - with Glasgow's weather comprising snow, hail, rain, high winds and the occasional bit of sun - feedback from staff, prospective students and parents has been positive.
"We continue to engage with our offer holders over the coming months in order to welcome as many as possible as University of Glasgow students in September."
Vistors spent the day browsing stalls, going on University tours and finding out information to inform their University choice. The SnapHappy photo booth where students could take fun photos as a reminder of their time on campus also proved a popular attraction!
