Work starts on new, Learning and Teaching building

Work began earlier this month on the new University of Glasgow / NHS Learning & Teaching Building on the South Glasgow Hospitals Campus.
Work began earlier this month on the new University of Glasgow / NHS Learning & Teaching Building on the South Glasgow Hospitals Campus.
The building has three floors of state of the art learning and teaching facilities and a 500 seat lecture theatre. The 4th floor will be a Stratified Medicine Inovation Centre.
Professor Anna Dominiczak, Head of College MVLS said: "When this fantastic new building opens in 2015 it will place the University at the forefront of medical learning and research inovation on a world leading hospital campus in the heart of Glasgow. The building will be jointly delivered by MVLS / Estates & Buildings and the NHS."
