The latest monthly board meeting of the Student Life Cycle Project was held on 3 December. Members discussed the exercise which was undertaken to review Registration and Enrolment for 2012/13.
The latest monthly board meeting of the Student Life Cycle Project was held on 3 December. Members discussed the exercise which was undertaken to review Registration and Enrolment for 2012/13. Considerable progress was noted across a number of key areas including enrolment, training, support activity and community engagement. However more work needs to be done, particularly on financial registration procedures, to make improvements to better serve the needs of students and staff. The SLP board will continue to meet, albeit with fewer members, during 2013 and activity reports and updates will still appear in campus e-news.
The Student Lifecycle Support and Development team is continuing to revise and update the reports available from MyCampus in order to improve user access to data. This will include removing those reports which are not being used and any duplicates. An updated list of all queries available along with a short description will be published on the SLSD website in the new year. Staff are encouraged to contact the SLSD team at SLSD@glasgow.ac.uk if any reports they use have been removed.
