and Antiquities of the Cathedral Church of Salisbury (1814) "Plate X. displays the forms, proportions, and architectural features of the southern end of the great transept, which is almost a fac simile of the opposite extremity: in elevation it consists of four portions of various windows, the uppermost of which is in the gable between the vaulted and leaden roof."
