Monument erected in the Necropolis to the memory of the late William McGavin Esq.
John Bryce designed the monument to William McGavin, author of The Protestant, in the Glasgow Necropolis. It was paid for by public subscription and dates from 1834. The statue was by William Forrest who also worked on the John Knox monument.
