The Assessment & Feedback Practice Enhancement Tool (PET) will open for responses on Wednesday, 26th March 2025. This tool provides an opportunity for you to reflect on your assessment practices and consider how they align with the University’s Learning Through Assessment (LTA) framework.
We are pleased to announce that the Assessment & Feedback Practice Enhancement Tool (PET) will open for responses on Wednesday, 26th March 2025. This tool provides an opportunity for you to reflect on your assessment practices and consider how they align with the University’s Learning Through Assessment (LTA) framework. It’s a key means of developing an insight into how the university can support staff to enhance assessment and feedback in response to students’ needs and evidence of good practice.
We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your support during the launch of the A&F PET last year. As we move into 2025, your participation is even more important, as it allows us to compare this year’s results with 2024 and track progress.
On the 26th of March, you will receive an email from Qualtrics with your unique access code to the survey. This link will take you directly to the survey website, where you can fill in your responses. Further support and information are available on the Assessment & Feedback website, or you can contact the Assessment & Feedback Workstream at afpp-workstream@glasgow.ac.uk.
Building on your engagement in 2024
Thanks to the strong participation last year, we have been able to roll out additional support for colleagues across the University, including:
- The launch of an Assessment & Feedback Hub – providing enhanced support for teaching staff to refine assessment and feedback practices.
- Assessment Changes Workshops – led by Academic and Digital Development, supporting assessment changes at a College level.
- Integration of the LTA framework into PGCAP learning – with 120 staff annually benefiting from this training.
- New assessment workshops for joint programmes with UESTC.
Your engagement helps shape the future of assessment and feedback at the University. We greatly appreciate your time and insights.
