The Assessment & Feedback Practice & Policy Workstream will be hosting a workshop on February 21st at 1pm-3.30pm, welcoming colleagues involved in learning and teaching at the University of Glasgow to discuss adjusting or changing assessment and creating more inclusive assessment considering the growing use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).

This workshop complements the usual assessment enhancements calendar and responds to the ongoing impact of GenAI software tools. This workshop will discuss the best steps to adjusting assessment in line with the Learning Through Assessment Framework, while considering GenAI, and the process through which staff get approval on these changes.

As a result of the outputs from the Practice Enhancement Tool and the APG's Annual Quality & Enhancement Review "Hot Topic Qs", there will be a focus on enhancing inclusivity of assessment by the team at Academic and Digital Development. Dr Kimberly Davis will discuss the adjustments you can do to make assessments more inclusive and robust against inappropriate use of GenAI.
