Student MyGrades is Live!

Students can now see all their assessment information from various courses in one convenient location, offering a clearer picture of their academic progress. Over 1740 courses (and growing!) are already enabled for Student MyGrades.

Aligning Assessment Practices

Staff MyGrades (excluding grade aggregation) is also live. A dedicated group of 55 early adopters, consisting of L&T and professional services colleagues, have been instrumental in using and providing valuable feedback on the Moodle plugin. We extend a sincere thank you for their collaboration!

Coming Soon: Grade Aggregation!

The grade aggregation tab is nearing completion, having undergone thorough user acceptance testing with engagement from across the colleges. The aggregation tab of MyGrades is due for release on 16th November.

Showcasing Collaboration:

We recently held a "show and tell" event specifically for representatives from the College Engagement Group (who helped define initial requirements for MyGrades), the College Delivery Groups (responsible for implementation and rollout), and User Acceptance Testers (providing feedback from different schools and colleges) all participated. Bringing together diverse perspectives from L&T and professional services colleagues.

Over 62 attendees received a live demonstration of the grade aggregation tab followed by a Q&A session.
