Charities Strapline
Charity regulations state that all University business communications should include a strapline referring to the University's charitable status.
All email sent outwith the University needs to contain the strapline:
The University of Glasgow, charity number SC004401
If you haven't already done so, add this strapline to the end of your email signature now.
Other business communications
If you issue business documents such as purchase orders, contracts, advertisements and corporate reports, you must make sure these also include the strapline.
