What does this mean for the building occupants?

  • The team are likely to be working in these buildings for a longer period due to more complex delivery.
  • These buildings are going to incur a little more disruption than W3 during the delivery. We will work with key building stakeholders in order to find the best working practice for the building. Examples of this are:
    • Working in offices, meeting rooms and teaching spaces at a pre-agreed time, when access will be agreed between all parties
    • Scheduling any data network or power outages for weeknights and weekends where any planned disruption will be communicated in advance and look to be kept to a minimum
    • When working in corridors etc. areas will be cordoned off with appropriate signage
  • The team will always be looking to work around building users as best as we can so do let us know how we can do this and if there is anything specific we need to know about your building and who uses it.
