Corporate Governance
It is important to be aware of the wider corporate governance at the University. In particular the Technology and Financial governance areas contain committees that your project will likely require approval from at some stage.
Project Level Governance
In addition to corporate governance, a project level board should be established to ensure the successful delivery. This is a critical part of the planning & initiation of your project, as detailed in the Project Lifecycle pages.
Developing a Business Case
If your project requires funding, there are clear rules and criteria to apply for this. For guidance on developing your Business Case visit the dedicated Finance Team site, which contains tempaltes, guidance and best practice.
