Honorary and Affiliate management system
The Honorary and Affiliate Management System (HMS) holds details of people with honorary or affiliate status. The system has been designed to be used by College and University staff to manage and administer these records, which had previously been held in the CoreHR system.
You can request access via the UofG Helpdesk by clicking on Request or Report Something and look for the Honorary/Affiliate System Access tile.

If the school you're applying for isn't on the Honorary Application form, please complete the Affiliate Application form and send it directly to the school you wish to apply to.
