As soon as I saw it I recognized it by its binding & especially by the stained yellow cloth sides as coming from the same collection as that to which belonged my copy of R. Bacon’s ‘De Arte Chymiae Scripta’, got from John Wilson more than 30 years ago - the binding is identical!
