Decoration: | Three-line initial “V” in col. 1 of 1/2r supplied in blue and embellished with now heavily faded pen-work decoration extending into inner margin; six-line initial “D” in col. 2 of 1/2v supplied in crimson, pink, blue and green on a square gold ground, with floral decoration extending into the centre margin; other initials and paragraph marks supplied in alternate red and blue throughout, some of the paragraph marks having additional pen-flourishing extending into the margin. |
