This site provides information about how decisions are made at the University. It explains where and when approvals are given and by whom so that all staff can understand the governance landscape.
In 2021, we streamlined our governance process by reducing the amount of decision making bodies and increasing the Scheme of Delegation (the limits individuals and groups can make). Our continuous improvement approach means that we will be updating this regularly towards our ambition to reduce bureacuracy and empower our staff to be World Changers.
