Support Desk
There is an Agresso Support desk for users to help with any questions or problems they may encounter when using Agresso.
The support desk is manned from 9am till 5pm (Monday-Friday). The Agresso Support is logged via the University of Glasgow Helpdesk.
This can be found within MyGlasgow Portal for staff or Students:
Step 1 - Log into MyGlasgow Portal and then Helpdesk Option - https://www.gla.ac.uk/helpdesk
Step 2 - Search FAQ for online help
Step 3 - If you cant find an answer raise a Support call/request
