TLC Booking a Room
Non-Teaching
University of Glasgow Staff
To request use of a room at the Queen Elizabeth Teaching & Learning Centre for non-teaching events UofG staff should use the online booking system (available through MyGlasgow for Staff), entering details of the day, time and size of the event in order to check availability and select a room.
Once the request has been submitted it will be checked and you will receive a notification to either approve or reject this booking.
NHS Staff
To request use of a room at the Queen Elizabeth Teaching & Learning Centre NHS staff should contact the TLC Reception team.
Teaching
All teaching booking requests, including changes to existing bookings, are managed by your School Timetabling Team. Please contact them directly to discuss teaching requirements.
