International Students
Our diverse University community is something we are very proud of at Glasgow, providing a rich cultural, social and educational mix which appeals to students from all over the world. International students make up 15% of our student population. We work hard to enhance the student experience of our international students and consistently score well in the International Student Barometer.
The Equality and Diversity Unit supports University’s Internationalisation Strategy, specifically on the key theme of student experience.
- ‘To enhance the student experience by offering a culturally diverse learning environment that prepares students for global employment and citizenship, and an experience built upon a wide range of world class support services, from point of enquiry to post graduation.’
