Following their submissions in April 2020 to the Athena Swan charter, The Institute of Molecular, Cell and Systems Biology gained a new Silver award, along with The Institute of Neuroscience & Psychology and the School of Psychology who submitted a joint Silver application.  Congratulations to all involved!  Following a recent review of the Athena Swan Charter, these awards are now valid for 5 years.
