If you are organising a one-off event that isn’t part of your usual working activities, it doesn’t need to be during the working day, or during the working week. It doesn’t even need to be on campus!
The event can raise money for charity, as long as you are transparent with your income and expenditure, and there’s a clear paper trail.
Successful applicants will be required to provide a short statement of success and feedback of the funded specifics.
