Our venue hire pricing varies according to the nature of the booking. Internal bookings by University staff members receive a discounted rate. We also operate some venues on a day delegate rate package with no separate venue hire fee. If you use our enquiry form then our team will be more than happy to check availability and provide an accurate fee.Accessibility on Campus
It is important to consider accessibility requirements when choosing a venue. The University strives to make all our campuses accessible to all users. We understand the importance of enabling access to accurate, practical information on the accessibility of our physical estate but recognise users may encounter limitations around our main Gilmorehill campus, due to the historic hilltop location.
