Venue Hire Fees
Our pricing varies according to the nature of the booking and we can provide this once we have the details of an enquiry. Internal bookings by University staff members receive a discounted rate. We also operate some venues on a day delegate rate package with no separate venue hire fee. If you use our enquiry form then our team will be more than happy to check availability and provide an accurate fee.
Accessibility
It is important to consider accessibility requirements when choosing a venue. The University strives to make all our campuses accessible to all users. We understand the importance of enabling access to accurate, practical information on the accessibility of our physical estate but recognise users may encounter limitations around our main Gilmorehill campus, due to the historic hilltop location.
