Workplace 101

Tuesday, 11 & Wednesday, 12 February

Workplace 101 is a programme of events designed to address a workplace skills gap among recent graduates identified by industry research and employer feedback. The programme aims to help our students build the key skills and confidence needed to succeed in the workplace.

For Semester 2, we’re launching a refreshed, two-day event format.

Get involved

In a recent survey, our students indicated that they value the advice and perspective of employers the most in their career planning.

We’re inviting employers to deliver short, impactful sessions on topics that will help to bridge the skills gap. In addition, you can chat to students about your available opportunities and share what skills you look for when hiring.

We're also seeking employers to host workplace visits for students throughout February and March to provide real-life industry insights.

If you’re interested in getting involved, please contact Lead Events Manager Victoria McPhee.
