Get involved, pick activities that interest you to help you to develop your skills and expand your network.

Want to make a plan? Our careers courses & pathways will help you to carry out careers research and create your own personalised careers action plan. 

Think about building your knowledge and your experience? Our careers fairs and events are a great way to build your awareness of options open to you and how to get into them.  

Part-time work, internships, work shadowing or insight days can be a great way to try out a career and build your experience. Our Internship Hub offers exlcusive opportunities for UofG students and you can find part-time jobs via the Student Job Hub.

When you are ready to start applying for internships, graduate jobs or further study, you can hone your application skills in our masterclass series. Our masterclasses will prepare you for the key stages of the application process. 

Applying for jobs and other opportunities is hard work and rejection is common. Good applications require time, research, and tailoring. Our resources will help you make better applications.
