James Robertson Papers
A collection of letters, lecture notes, class notes, and manuscript volumes, addressed to, or belonging to, James Robertson (1840-1920), Professor of Hebrew and Semitic languages at the University of Glasgow from 1877-1920.
The collection was donated to the University by the executors of Professor Robertson's will, on 26th October 1931, along with over 900 books from Robertson's library on subjects including Oriental languages, literature and history. The books are now shelved in the Library Research Annexe with the shelf-marks Bb2-Bb5.
