Henderson Manuscripts
A collection of several hundred Gaelic manuscripts and transcriptions formed by the Rev. Dr George Henderson (d. 1912), lecturer in Celtic studies at Glasgow University from 1906 to 1912.
One of the treasures of the collection is the 17th-century Ratisbon Manuscript, a collection of religious and poetical works in Gaelic, which until 1862 was in the possession of the monastery of St James at Ratisbon (Regensburg).
