evasys (online surveys) accessibility statement

This accessibility statement applies to evasys which is a third party service used within the University of Glasgow. evasys is used to generate online surveys.

Using this Service

evasys is committed over time to making its solutions accessible in accordance with the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018, where this does not cause a disproportionate burden.

For example, that means you should be able to:

  • Zoom in up to 300% without the text spilling off the screen
  • Navigate most of the website using just a keyboard
  • Skip to main content using keyboard navigation
  • Navigate most of the website using speech recognition software
  • Use screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver
  • Use a range of devices to access EvaSys e.g. mobile phone, tablet or laptop

How accessible this website is

evasys fulfills WCAG 2.1 AA criteria

With each new product version, evasys is checked for accessibility. evasys has provided the following information regarding how accessible their services are.

Online Surveys

  • Online surveys are compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA criteria
  • A Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) Accessibility Conformance Report is available on request

Instant Feedback Report

  • The Instant Feedback Report is made available to academic staff following completion of the survey, providing aggregated analysis of students' responses
  • The html version of the report is fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA
