Get Involved
Encouraging the use and re-use of collections
There are lots of ways to get involved at The Hunterian - from volunteering to student placements.
Study
The Hunterian provides collections-based academic and work-related learning opportunities for University of Glasgow students.
Our staff contribute to credit-bearing programmes across the University, and also support the University's Short Courses programme available to the wider public.
Find out more about how you can study with us at The Hunterian.
Research
The Hunterian Collections can be accessed physically and digitally to support co-creation of knowledge and original research.
We contribute to innovative practice through academic partnerships, cross-disciplinary and collections-based research, as well as through learning and public engagement.

Events
We offer a range of special events in our venues and online related to our exhibitions and displays.
Donate
Every gift to The Hunterian helps us care for our superb bequest and enables us to make our collections accessible to the general public and support research and learning. Your gift will help us to:
• Develop and conserve our collections
• Develop special exhibition and events programming
• Develop educational programmes and improve access to our collections
Donations are managed through the University's Development and Alumni Office, but all contributions to The Hunterian Fund directly support the work of The Hunterian.
