Inclusivity, equality and safety at the University of Glasgow

The University of Glasgow is one team, with a common purpose to change the world for the better. We draw strength and inspiration from our diverse community of staff, students and alumni, and we celebrate and respect one another.

The University’s priority is the safety and wellbeing of our students and colleagues, and we stand opposed to hate in any form, whether spread in-person or through social media.

As part of our commitment to upholding our values, we regularly communicate with our community to highlight the resources available for anyone who feels their personal safety is threatened, or who needs support.

We are committed to ensuring our campuses are safe spaces, and that we promote inclusivity, equality and respect. Accordingly, we will investigate any reports of unacceptable behaviour and take the necessary actions to protect our community.

There is more information about our commitment to equality and inclusivity, as well as tools for reporting bullying and harassment available on our Together Against Racism webpages
