How to organise a reunion
Reminisce over your time at University, rekindle old friendships and reconnect with the University. Here’s how to organise your own reunion in five easy steps:
1. Contact us
We can help you with ideas and planning, as well as accessing contact information for your classmates.
2. Make contact with your classmates
You can email or write a letter to your classmates to find out who is interested in attending a reunion.
3. Choose a venue and date
Once you know the level of interest, choose a venue and date that will suit most of your classmates. There are locations on campus, as well as around the city, to suit all types of reunion.
4. Invite your classmates
You can email or send an invite to your classmates, and place a notice on the reunion pages of our website.
5. Enjoy the reunion
Have fun, share memories and take photos.
Submit your reunion notice
To submit a reunion notice to appear on our reunion webpages, please send a brief description of your planned reunion to alumni@glasgow.ac.uk. Remember to include your class or club’s name and year, as well as the date, time and location (if known) of the reunion and the contact details (telephone/email) for people to register their interest.
